A useful feedback contract
- Ask one question. Name the line, section, or decision you want help with.
- Critique the work. Never diagnose or diminish the writer.
- Keep drafts private. Share only work you own and have permission to post.
- Leave one next move. Useful feedback creates a testable revision.
